When
will I receive my Order?
Please
note that because all our garments are made to
order we require four weeks to complete your order.
Your goods will be delivered via Australia Post.
Please add AUS$5 to your total when
placing your order to cover packaging and postage.
For
all orders outside of Australia, please add a fee
of AUS$10 per AUS$100 order, or part thereof.

If
you're wondering exactly what a certain colour
looks like in 'real life', or how a particular
fabric feels in your hand, let us know and we'll
send you a free swatch. (Really nice if you're
trying to match clothes)
What
about shrinkage?
Hopscotch
clothes are a generous fit. However, as our garments
are made of natural cotton, shrinkage of about
3-5% occurs in woven fabrics eg. cottons and drills
and 5-8% in stretch fabrics eg. knits, jerseys
and ribbing.
Choosing
the right size:
As
children come in all shapes and sizes it is best
to select your child's correct size by height
not age.

Need
to return something?
Hopscotch is happy to exchange
(within 14 days) or give a credit voucher for
any unworn garment if, for any reason, you are
unhappy with your choice. However, we cannot give
cash refunds. All care is taken in the manufacture
of our merchandise, but should a manufacturing
fault appear after normal wear and following correct
washing procedure, we will gladly exchange or
issue a credit voucher to the garment value.
